Fun Ways to Learn Spelling Words

2nd Place in Spelling Bee

This is a picture of my youngest daughter after she got 2nd place in a Regional Spelling Bee. She had won the Bee hosted by her virtual school and had gone on to this competition. I was so proud of her. She’s one of those kids that can naturally spell well. She’s my dictionary when I need help spelling a word. But spelling doesn’t come easy for every child. For some it can be a challenge. When that’s the case, you might need to look into some other activities to help make the words stick in your child’s mind. Fortunately, there are fun activities your kiddo can do that address different learning styles such as visual, auditory and kinesthetic.
