I know that busy homeschool moms like you don’t have a lot of time to devote to an exercise program. That’s why I decided to go looking for some YouTube channels that have short workouts you can use.
I found some channels that have 15-minute or less workouts. They include aerobics, strength training, yoga, pilates, and more. I think you’ll like them.
I did my best to find as many videos as I could with modestly dressed women. While most of them are decent, there are some that just don’t cover women’s bodies as much as they used to. Sorry. 🙁
YouTube Channels with Short Workouts
HASfit – HASfit has both short and long workouts on their channel. You’ll have to hunt around a bit to find the short ones that will work for you.
Lifehack – Lifehack has one 7-Minute Workout on its channel.
Live Sonima – This channel has a wide variety of videos on eating, meditation, and exercise. Playlists include Quick Workouts and Yoga Classes.
Jenny Ford – Jenny has 15 Minutes (or Less) Workouts and Quick Workouts Step Aerobics that might work for you.
Yoga Journal – Yoga Journal has a Beginner’s Yoga: 15-minute Relaxing Practice video and other longer and shorter yoga videos for you to check out.
Yoga with Adriene – Adriene has a collection of 10 – 15 min Yoga Practices (Yoga For Busy People) that won’t take too much of your time.
Jessica Valant Pilates – If you are interested in Pilates, check out Jessica’s YouTube channel. Under playlists, she has 5 Minute Workouts and 10 Minute Workouts you might be interested in.
I hope these short workouts help you to get fit. I will add more channels as I find them so you may want to bookmark or pin this page so that you can find it again easily.
