If you have a child who is learning fractions this year, I have a list of sites with free printable fraction manipulatives that you might be interested in.
The printables on these sites come in two formats, fraction strips and fraction circles. Some are full-color while others are black and white.
All of these printable pages can be used for hands-on learning activities that will help your child master fractions.

Tim’s Printables: Tim has labeled and blank, full-color and black and white fraction strips to print.
Eworkshop: This is a PDF with a black and white fraction circles template.
Math-Salamanders.com: This site has a wide variety of printable fraction manipulatives you can print.
FileFolderFun.com: Get fraction strips and fraction circles through 1/16 on this site.
EduPlace: This is a PDF of a black and white set of fraction strips through 1/16.
Printable-Math-Worksheets: Get labeled full-color and black and white fraction circles on this site. Labels include the numerals and words.
Math-Aids.com: Math-Aids has a fraction pie wedge visual aid generator you can use to make full-color or black and white manipulatives.
