Bonus Spreadsheet

If you want a shopping tool that has the products, education level, subject category, publisher, price, and more, I have a bonus Airtable spreadsheet that you can use. Here’s how you can do that.

First, sign up for a free Airtable account.

Next, click here to open up the Digital Shopping List for the 2018 BYB Sale.

Click copy base in the upper right. You now have your own copy of the database in your Airtable account.

Open up the database and start exploring.

If you mouse over the titles in the first column, you’ll see a circle with a double arrow pop up. If you click on that, you will get an easy-to-read, expanded record of that product.

There is a tab for Products to Build Your Own Bundle, one for Bundles, and one for Online Courses and Memberships.

Under the first tab are columns for Products, a Wishlist checkbox, a Buy checkbox, Product Link, Regular Price, Bundle, Level, Subject, Format, Worldview, Publisher/Author, and Student.

Under the second tab, Bundles, you’ll find Bundle Name, a Wishlist checkbox, a Buy checkbox, Regular Price, Sale Price, Link to Bundle, and Products in Bundle.

Under the third tab, Online Courses and Memberships, there are columns for Products, a Wishlist checkbox, a Buy checkbox, Product Link, Regular Price, Sale Price, Publisher/Author, Category, Level, Subject, Format, Worldview, and Student.

There’s a search box in the upper right that you can use to find what you need. There are also Filter, Group, and Sort options that can help you find and organize things on the spreadsheet.

I suggest you play with this spreadsheet and use the Wishlist and Buy checkboxes to make it easier to keep track of what you want to purchase.
