Where to Get Homeschool Nature Study Curriculum

Whether you use the Charlotte Mason method or just want to explore nature with your kids this year, you might want to look into some nature study resources.

I have a list of some homeschool nature study curriculum below that could be of use to you. It includes journals, guides, and other helpful resources.

Homeschool Nature Study Curriculum

Center for Essential Education – This site offers the Knowing Creation Nature Study Curriculum which takes a biblical view of nature and creation.

Comstock Publishing/Cornell University Press – This company publishes Handbook of Nature Study by Anna Botsford Comstock, a book that will cultivate a love of nature in your child.

Homeschool Nature Study – Membership to this site will provide your family with hours and hours of nature study challenges on topics such as birds, mammals, weather, seasons, and more!

Our Journey Westward – Check out this site for No Sweat Nature Study LIVE Membership, NaturExplorers Curriculum and Grab-N-Go Nature Studies, all great nature studies for kids.

Raising Little Shoots – Get Exploring Nature with Children, a Charlotte Mason-inspired nature study for children.

Simply Charlotte Mason – This Charlotte Mason site has a variety of resources including a journal, a nature study handbook, and more.

Storey Publishing – Kids will learn how to explore nature using all five senses with The Nature Connection: An Outdoor Workbook for Kids, Families, and Classrooms by Clare Walker Leslie.

Taylor Trade Publishing – Check out My Nature Book: A Journal and Activity Book for Kids by Linda Kranz. It comes with questions to consider, activities to do, and ample space for journaling about nature.
