How to Combine Subjects in Your Homeschool

One trick that can save you time in your homeschool is that you can combine subjects occasionally or even regularly.

Combining is, in essence, killing two (or more) birds with one stone and it saves time and energy when it comes to both planning and teaching.

Now, this is different from unit studies where multiple subjects are combined under one topic. This still enables you to keep subjects separate if you so desire. It simply gives you an opportunity to mix things a bit which can actually facilitate the learning process.
