If you want to provide your children with a simple, hands-on activity for practicing sound-alike words, I found some free homophone puzzles you can use. They are based on some fun themes including rabbits, pumpkins, and Easter eggs.
These puzzles are easy-to-make. Just print, laminate and cut out.
If you haven’t already done so, you should explain to your child what homophones are and go over each homophone pair in the printables that you use.
