Classical Homeschooling Websites

Classical Homeschooling Websites
Are you interested in using the classical homeschooling method with your children?

If so, this list of blogs and websites might be of use to you. It includes links to pages with articles, resources, encouragement, and tips on teaching the trivium.

Besides this list of sites, I think you’ll find that one of the best resources for learning this technique is the book The Well-Trained Mind by Susan Wise Bauer and Jessie Wise. It is an extensive guide to utilizing the classical homeschooling method. I have included a link to the website associated with this book below so that you can further investigate it if you like. This site also has huge forum with many discussions about homeschooling that you may find useful.

I hope the sites listed below provide you with both information and inspiration on providing your children with a classical education.

Classical Homeschooling Websites

The Well-Trained Mind: This is the official site for one of the most comprehensive guides on classical education, The Well-Trained Mind. It includes a link to a very helpful forum on homeschooling.

Trivium Pursuit – Articles: This section of the Trivium Pursuit website includes articles for beginners, the Best of Homeschooling with the Trivium Newsletter, and other articles on classical education.

The Classical Scholar: A collection of posts for busy parents who want to provide a classical education for their children and teens.

Homeschooling with a Classical Twist: Here’s one mom’s way of providing a classical education for her children.

Living and Learning at Home: This blog offers encouragement and resources for the classical homeschool. You’ll also find a handy linkup on Tuesdays (Trivium Tuesdays) which offers more resources from other sites.

Classical Christian Homeschooling: This site has a nice assortment of articles on classical homeschooling.

Memoria Press: This is a link to the articles section of a well-known publisher of classical curriculum.

I will add more sites about teaching classical homeschooling as I find them. In the meantime, I hope you found this list of sites helpful. Feel free to share it with anyone you know who is interested in providing their children with a classical education.

Many blessings,
Susan
